علي إثر شجار وقع في الشارع العام بين ثلاثة شبان( من أصحاب السوابق في مجال استعمال المخدرات والحبوب المهلوسة) ليلة البارحة الموافق 26\08 ، في حدود الساعة الحادية عشر قرب مدرسة كمبالي الحرة بمقاطعة عرفات ، أقدم المدعو م، ع، م 1999 بالميناء علي طعن المدعو ب، ا ، د 1997 لكصر بسكين( 108} توفي علي إثرها بعد نقله إلي مستشفي الصداقة .
وقد تم توقيف المشتبه فيه بمفوضية عرفات 2 ووضع قيد الحراسة النظرية لتعميق البحث.
