من الواضح أن غياب أطر الحوض الشرقي وعجزهم عن مواكبة برنامج الرئيس محمد ول الشيخ الغزواني ، خلق نوع من اتساع الهوة بينهم وبين غالبية السكان.
انكماش أطر و وجهاء منطقة الحوض الشرقي نتاج طبيعي لتاريخ حافل بالخيانة و التنكر لمآسي المواطنين إن أضمحلال هؤلاء الأطر سوف يكون فاتحة خير على جيل الشباب الذي كان يعاني من سطوة النخب السياسية التقليدية ، هذا التلاشي و العجز الحاصل يفرض علينا كشباب من منطقة تشهد تضخم سكاني يفرض علينا مساندة الرئيس محمد ول الغزواني حتى تتحقق وعوده للمنطقة.
بعيدا عن أساليب أطر المصالح التقليدية الذين عجزوا عن مواكبة المرحلة الجديدة بسبب بعدهم عن الحياة العامة
علينا اليوم نحن الجيل الصاعد ان نكون طرفا فاعلا في تحقيق تعهدات فخامة الرئيس محمد ول الشيخ الغزواني
حتى تنتهي حالة الركود في النشاط العام ويكون الشباب طرفا فاعلا في المشهد الحالي.
