قال مراسل"الشرق اليوم" نقلا عن مصادر محلية بمدينة"سيلبابي", أن الإدارة الجهوية للتعليم قامت باكتتاب معلمين عقدوين بطريقة ملتوية, حيث تم اختيار سيدات قيل أنهن بلا مستويات علمية, مما تسبب في أحداث أزمة داخل معظم المؤسسات التعليمة هناك, وأكد المراسل نقلا عن أحد أباء التلاميذ أن مدير احد المؤسسات التعليمية بسيلبابي, رفض استقبل سيدة ارسلتها إليه الإدارة الجهوية معتبرا أنها غير قادر على تدريس الاطفال,هذه المشاكل و غيرها حملها مندوب "الشرق اليوم" إلى المدير الجهوي للتعليم السيد:محمودي ولد سيد عالى الذي نفي أن تكون عملية الاكتتاب المعلمين تمت بطريقة زبونية,و أضاف أن معايير اختيار المدرسين العقدوين كانت واضحة جدا,
