استضافة قناة الوطنية في برنامجها " الحدث الأبرز" الليلة البارحة  القيادي البارز بميثاق الحقوق السياسية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية للحراطين و عضوا المكتب التنفيذي للميثاق السيد/ محمد محمود ولد أحمد الذي تحدث عن رؤية ميثاق إعادة التأسيس للوضعية الراهنة للبلد ، مؤكدا أن " إعادة التأسيس" جاءت بعد مشاوارات عديدة قامت بها مجموعة من الشباب و الأطر الداعمين لوثيقة "الميثاق" بعد أن تبين لهم عجز اللجنة الدائمة للميثاق سابقا بسبب تخندق أعضاءها سياسيا  قبل أن يلتحق بهم رئيس "الميثاق".الذي كان منسقا للجنة الدائمة السابقة.

و أكدت ولد أحمد ان الميثاق لن يكون منبرا لتمرير أجندة أطراف سياسية و من يعتقد ذلك فهو واهم.

كما تحدث محمد محمود عن موقف الميثاق من التعديلات الدستورية مؤكدا أن التعديلات جاءت بعد مشاركة أغلبية أطراف الطيف السياسي بالبلد و اعتبر قرار رفض الشيوخ جاء قبل وقته لأن التعديلات ستمر عن طريق مؤتمر برلماني أو استفتاء شعبي.
