يستنكر المكتب التنفيذي لنادي الطلبة الثقافي بالنعمة الثقافي ماتعانيه المدينة من التهميش والاستخفاف وتلاعب بالحقوق فكيف بعاصمة إحدى أكبر الولايات و أكثرها كثافة سكانية أن تكون بلا تعليم ولا صحة ولاماء ...الخ فنحن في المكتب التنفيذي وبعد ما لاحظنا من تجاهل من طرف الجهات المعنية لنعلن : 1- دعوة جميع ساكنة المدينة إلى الخروج من المنازل والمطالبة بالحقوق. 2- دعوة جميع الخيرين من أبناء هذا الوطن للتضامن معنا في قضيتنا العادلة . 3- يعلن النادي استعداده التام واللا مشروط من أجل أي مبادرة تخدم المدينة. 4 - قرر أعضاء المكتب التنفيذي الإبقاء علي الصورة التضامنية علي واجهة مجموعته علي الفيسبوك وذالك لمدة ثلاثة أشهر تضامنا مع ساكنة المدينة.
