تقدمت النيابة العامة اليوم الثلاثاء، بطلباتها أمام المحكمة الجنائية المختصة في الفساد، وبعد مرافعة طويلة قدمتها، طالبت بسجن الرئيس السابق محمد ولد عبد العزيز 20 سنة، ومصادرة الممتلكات المتحصل عليها من العائد الإجرامي، وغرامة مالية.
كما جاء في طلباتها أيضا السجن 10 سنوات للوزيرين الأولين الأسبقين يحيى ولد حدمين، ومحمد سالم ولد البشير، و10 سنوات لكل من وزير الطاقة والمعادن الأسبق الطالب ولد عبدي فال، والوزير والمدير العام الأسبق لاسنيم محمد عبد الله ولد أدواعه، ورئيس سلطة منطقة انواذيبو الحرة الأسبق محمد ولد الداف، ومحمد الأمين ولد ألوكاي، كما غرمتهم مبالغ مالية قدرها 10 ملايين أوقية جديدة للفرد، ومصادرة الممتلكات المتحصل عليها من العائد الإجرامي.
وطالبت النيابة أيضا في مرافعتها بسجن المدير العام الأسبق لصوملك محمد سالم ولد إبراهيم فال الملقب المرخي10 سنوات، وغرامة 5 ملايين أوقية جديدة، ومصادرة الممتلكات المتحصل عليها من العائد الإجرامي.
كما اختتمت مرافعتها بطلب سجن محمد ولد امصبوع ومحمد الأمين ولد بوبات ويعقوب ولد العتيق 5 سنوات، وغرامة 1 مليون أوقية جديدة، ومصادرة الممتلكات المتحصل عليها من العائد الإجرامي، وحل هيئة الرحمة، ومصادرة الممتلكات.
