أصدرت الغرفة الجزائية بمحكمة انواكشوط الشمالية زوال اليوم الخميس حكما قضائيا بسجن الأستاذ نوح ولد عيسى المعروف في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بـ"الفقيه نوح"؛ سنة نصفها نافذ.
وكانت النيابة قد وجهت في شهر أغسطس الماضي للفقيه نوح تهمة إعادة نشر الإساءة للنبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
وتعود قضية نوح ولد عيسى إلى نشره في يوليو الماضي، ورقة تتضمن إساءة للجناب النبوي من طرف إحدى المتسابقات للبكالوريا، ليقدم بعدها استقالته من االتعليم، احتجاجا على ما سماه المماطلة في التحقيق ومعاقبة المعنية، ليتم إيقافه بعدها بأيام عند معبر كوكي الزمال الحدوي.
