أفاد شهود عيان أن أحد المنافذ المؤدي إلى مدينة النعمة خالي من الحراسة في معظم الأوقات و خاصة في الليل و بحسب مصدر أمني فان عزوف الأمنيين عن حراسة المنفذ المذكور يعود إلى ضعف حركة المرور فيه,و تفضيل الأمنيين للمنافذ الأخرى عليه لأنها تدر دخلا كبيرا من الرشاوى,
تنبه الشرق اليوم إلى أنها تتحفظ على جهة المنفذ حفاظا على الأمن القومي,
