شكا العديد من عمال لجان تحديد الهوية التابعة للحالة المدنية بمقاطعة باسكنو, بولاية الحوض الشرقي, من التأخر المستمر للرواتب, منذ اثنى عشر شهرا وأضاف المصدر الذي أورد النبأ لــ"الشرق اليوم" أن مدير الحالة المدنية بباسكنو أكد لهؤلاء العمال أنه أبلغ الإدارة المركزية و قام بتجهيز جميع ملفاتهم و مستحقاتهم المالية و أرسلها إلى نواكشوط, بيد أن المدير العام أمربيه ربه رفض التوقيع على تسديد رواتب هؤلاء العمال, مما أثار تساؤلات عديدة حول الوضعية الاقتصادية لهذا القطاع الحيوي, فهل الحالة المدنية في أزمة؟ عاجزة عن تسديد رواتب عمالها؟ أم أن المدير العام للحالة المدنية و هو أحد أقارب رئيس الجمهورية قام بسطو على حقوق هؤلاء المساكين؟
