قالت مصادر مطلعة لموقع "الشرق اليوم" أن قاضي التحقيق بمقاطعة كوبني السيد:عبدي ولد الشيخ و كاتب الضبط الأول سيدي محمد ولد عالى يمارسون الرشوة و الانتقائية. جهارا نهارا في معاملاتهم مع المواطنين الضعفاء, بدليل يقول المصدر الذي فضل عدم الكشف عن هويته قصة المواطنة املكة بنت آمبو التي دخلت في نزاع عقاري مع دركي متقاعد يسمي الشيخ أحمد ولد أحمد هنون.حيث أصدر قاضي التحقيق حكما لصالح الشيخ أحمد دون معاينة المكان أو استجواب الضحية,في خطوة مخالفة لقوانين النظام العقاري.نشير إلى أن املكة بنت آمبوا مواطنة تنحدر من مكونة لحراطين والشيخ احمد ولد احمد هنون احد أبناء الأسر التقليدية الحاكم في كوبني,
