قدم نائب رئيس حزب " حمام " الرائد محمد مصطفي مودي، صباح اليوم الجمعة الموافق 31/03/2017م استقالته من الحزب.
وقال مودي في رسالة استقالته التي حصلت " الشرق اليوم " على نسخة منها أنه " فك الارتباط بكل نشاط داخل حزب حمام" مؤكدا أنه سيبقي وفيا لعلاقته الأخوية مع رفاقه ، راجيا من رئيس الحزب قبول الاستقالة.
و تجدر الإشارة إلى أن محمد مصطقي مودي رائد سابق بالجيش الوطني مشهود له بالكفاءة و النزاهة الفكرية ، انخرط في العمل السياسي بعد أن تمت احالته للتقاعد ، و مرشح سابق في الانتخابات البلدية بمقاطعة دار النعيم بولاية انواكشوط الشمالية و يتمتع مودي بعلاقة واسعة و سمعة طيبة في الأوساط الشعبية.
