انهار النقاش الدائر حاليا فى الجمعية الوطنية، بعدما تحول من خصومة بين السياسيين الموالين للرئيس والمعارضين له، إلى صراع حول العلاقة بين "البيظان" و"الزنوج" فى موريتانيا، وسط عجز الرئيس عن السيطرة على الموقف.
وقالت مصادر زهرة شنقيط إن مداخلة الرئيس صار ابراهيما ،، والرد الذى قدمه النائب محفوظ ولد الجيد أشعل فتيل الأزمة، بعدما قلل الأول من أهمية التسمية الحالية للبلاد (موريتانيا) قائلا إنها تسمية لاقيمة لها عند أي أحد خارج دائرة "البيظان"، ومساندته من قبل زميله فى الأغلبية "كان مصطفى" الذى وصف هو الآخر الزنوج بضحايا التمييز، والغائبين عن الجيش والأمن والحكومة.
وحينما رد ولد الجيد (نائب أطار) قاطعته زوجة ابراهيما صار، وتحاملت عليه، وهو ما أستفز النائب فاطمة بنت اعل محمود التىردت عليها بكلام أذكى هو الأخر أوار الجدل داخل البرلمان.
وكاد الأمر يتحول إلى عراك بالأيدي بين النواب، وأضطر رئيس الجمعية الوطنية إلى رفع الجلسة لاحتواء التوتر، وتدخل النواب لتهدئة الوضع داخل البرلمان، بينما أنحاز البعض لحفصة صار وزوجها، وآخرون ساندوا النائب ولد الجيد.
