كشفت مصادر عليمة لموقع "الشرق اليوم" عن لقاء جمع رئيس حركة "إيرا" بيرام ولد الداه ولد أعبيد ببعض مستشاري عمدة مدينة تل أبيب الإسرائيلية.
و أضافت المصادر أن لقاء أحيط بسرية تامة بيد أن جهات موريتانية حصلت على الصور + تفاصيل لقاء الذي أمضى عدة ساعات، وقد أنتقد رئيس "إيرا" في هذا لقاء قطع موريتانيا لعلاقاتها مع إسرائيل و أعرب بيرام عن استعداد حركته لبناء روابط قوية مع تل أبيب و خدمة أجندتها المستقبلية في موريتانيا.
و الجدير بالذكر أن الرئيس الموريتاني محمد ولد عبد العزيز أقدم على قطع علاقات موريتانيا مع إسرائيل في خطوة شجاعة لاقت استحسانا كبيرا ، و تعد هذه الخطوة أحد أسباب وقوف القوى الغربية ضد النظام الحالي ،و دعمها للحركات التي تدعى زورا الدفاع عن حقوق العبيد (حركة إيرا" و نجدة العبيد )اللتان تعملان من أجل إزعاج النظام بالرغم من استفادتهما من الدعم المالي و التعيين في عهد ولد عبد العزيز
