من نواقص القانون عدم حظره لتعدد الزوجات فليس كل ما يبيحه الشرع تجب حراسته ...لقد تغيرت ظروف الحياة وأصبح تعدد الزوجات أمرا خطيرا على الصحة النفسية للأولاد ومدمرا لعرى المجتمع وفوق كل ذلك يحمل شحنة مهانة للنساء الضحايا.
