اجتمع المكتب التنفيذي لميثاق الحراطين تحت رئاسة رئيس الميثاق السيد/ محمد فال ولد هنضيه وافق المكتب على الهيكلة التنظيمية للميثاق استنادا على الأهداف العامة المرسومة في الوثيقة و هذا نص البيان الصادر عن المكتب التنفيذي و قد حصلت الشرق اليوم على نسخة منه

حول الهيكلة التنظيمية للميثاق

إن المكتب التنفيذي:

ـ استنادا على الأهداف العامة المرسومة في وثيقة الميثاق من اجل الحقوق السياسية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية للحراطين ضمن موريتانيا الموحدة ،العادلة و المتصالحة مع نفسها ؛

ـ و اعتمادا على ما حُدد من مهام لمختلف الهيئات ضمن الاطار القانوني المنظم له ؛

ـ و طبقا لتوجيهات إعلان مؤتمر إعادة تأسيس الميثاق الصادرة بتاريخ 29 اكتوبر 2016 ؛

و بعد اكتمال اعمال اللجان المكلفة بتحضير انطلاقته ،اعتمد الميثاق توزعة المهام التالية بداخل هيكلته التنظيمية و قرر التمفصل على النحو التالي:

أ) الرئاسة :

محمد فال ولد هنضي 1 ـ الرئيس :

2 ـ النائب الأول للرئيس : ابراهيم ولد الحسين

3 ـ النائب الثاني للرئيس : البروسفور أوتوما سوماري

4 ـ النائب الثالث للرئيس : عبد الرحمن ولد ميني

5 ـ النائب الرابع للرئيس : لمرابط علي بورو ،ممثل منتدب من قبل المكتب التنفيذي على مستوى مدينة لعيون،عاصمة الحوض الغربي

6 ـ النائب الخامس للرئيس : فاطمة منت داه

7 ـ النائب السادس للرئيس : د. با خاليدو.

ب) المنسقية العامة :

1ـ المنسق العام : سي بوكار امبارك ؛

2ـ المساعد الأول للمنسق العام : الشيخ ولد عبدي ؛

3ـ المساعد الثاني للمنسق العام : محجوبه منت حمزة.

ج) الأمانات التنفيذية:

1ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالاسترقاق و مخلفاته و التوعية و ترقية الديمقراطية و ثقافة المواطنة و محاربة الامراض الاجتماعية :

ـ الأمين التنفيذي : احمد ولد سيدي محمد

ـ الأمين التنفيذي المساعد : سيداتي ولد سالم

2ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالنساء:

ـ الأمينة التنفيذية : رقية منت عبد الله

3 ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالشباب :

ـ الأمين التنفيذي : عبد الوهاب سيد المختار

ـ الأمين التنفيذي المساعذ : إدومو ولد غالي

4 ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالمالية:

ـ الأمين التنفيذي : موسى ولد سالم

ـ الأمين التنفيذي المساعذ : ابراهيم ولد يرك

5ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالإعلام و الاتصال:

6 ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالدراسات و البحوث:

ـ الأمين التنفيذي : محمد لمين ولد امبيريك

ـ الأمين التنفيذي المساعذ : عالي ولد محمد محمود

7 ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالتعليم:

ـ الأمين التنفيذي : سيد المختار ولد علي

ـ الأمين التنفيذي المساعد : محمد ولد البشير ولد رمظان

8 ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة ببرامج الدفع الاقتصادي؛

ـ الأمين التنفيذي : البكاي سي صمبا

9 ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالحالة المدنية و العلاقات مع الادارة و المصالح العمومية و الشؤون القانونية؛

ـ الأمين التنفيذي : محمد محمود ولد احمد

ـ الأمين التنفيذي المساعد : هارونا انديوك

10 ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالعلاقات مع التشكيلات السياسية و منظمات المجتمع المدني؛

ـ الأمين التنفيذي : محمذن ولد البو

ـ الأمين التنفيذي المساعد : محمد ولد سيدي

11 ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالعلاقات الخارجية :

ـ الأمين التنفيذي : محمد محمود ولد عمار

12 ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالشؤون الاجتماعية و العقارية و مؤازرة المظلومين؛

ـ الأمين التنفيذي : محمد ولد رازكه

ـ الأمين التنفيذي المساعد : احمد بابي ولد الكيحل

13 ـ الأمانة التنفيذية المكلفة بالتنظيم و التحسيس :

ـ الأمين التنفيذي : محمد ولد موديه

ـ الأمين التنفيذي المساعد : ابراهيم ولد إميجن

14 ـ محمد لمين دينك ولد ابراهيم :أمين تنفيذي ،ممثل منتدب من قبل المكتب التنفيذي على مستوى مدينة روصو ،عاصمة اترارزه.

15 ـ : المعلوم ولد اوبك :أمين تنفيذي ،ممثل منتدب من قبل المكتب التنفيذي على مستوى مدينة نواذيبو،عاصمة دخلت نواذيبو.

اعتمد المكتب التنفيذي كذالك المقترح القاضي بتشكيل لجان مختصة ،مؤلفة من شخصيات مرجعية ،تساعد كل أمانة تنفيذية في تأدية مهامها.
