من المقرر أن يوجه الرئيس الموريتانى محمد ولد عبد العزيز كلمة للشعب الموريتانى من ولاية تجكجه هى الأولى له منذ إقرار التعديلات الدستورية ومسيرة المعارضة وبلاغات السفارات الغربية بنواكشوط.

ومن المتوقع أن ترد الكلمة على الجدل المطروح فى الساحة بشأن الدستور وملحقاته، والوضع الأمن والجهود المبذولة لتعزيزه و الخطوات المتوقع اتخاذها  من أجل إقرار التعديلات الدستورية ونتائج الحوار الأخير.
