استضافت قناة المرابطون من خلال برنامجها ساعة حوار الخبير الدستوري الدكتورمحمد الامين ولد داهي للحديث عن الاستفتاء الدستوري المرتقب .
ولد داهي الذي يعتبر من ابرز اساتذة القانون الدستوري في موريتانيا و سبق ان كان احد الذين اوكلت لهم مهمة اعداد دستور 1991 و التعديلات التي حدثت سنة 2006 كما شارك في اعداد عدة دساتير اخري في المنطقة أكد انه لا يمكن ان يتم استدعاء الموريتانيين للاستفتاء علي الدستور من طرف رئيس الجمهورية دون المرور بالبرلمان .
ولد داهي انتقد بعض المواضيع التي سيشملها التعديل المرتقب و منها الغاء مجلس الشيوخ .
الدكتور محمد الامين ولد داهي شرح وجهة نظره بإسهاب و لاهمية المواضيع الذي اثارها ولد داهي و امكانية ان تكون بداية ازمة قانونية قد يتعرض لها مشروع الاستفتاء المرتقب.
