أصدرت مجموعة مقربة من تنظيم القاعدة ببلاد المغرب الإسلامي الثلاثاء 01 نوفمبر 2016 مجلة تحمل اسم "الهدى"، وحمل غلاف أول عدد من المجلة صورة من القيادي في التنظيم وقاضيه خلال سنوات الموريتاني عبد الملك ولد سيدي المعروف بـ"قتيبة أبو النعمان".
ووصفت المجلة من طرف المجموعة التي تصدرها بأنها "مجلة إسلامية تهتم بقضايا المسلمين، والساحات الجهادية العالمية، وخصوصا والمغرب الإسلامي خصوصا".
ومن بين العناوين التي حملها غلاف المجلة الجديدة، عنوان قصيدة للقيادي في التنظيم عبد الملك ولد سيدي تحت عنوان: "إني على الدرب ماض"، إضافة لمقالات أخرى، وركن للأخبار عن بورما، وحلب.
