علمت الشرق اليوم ان زعيم حزب التحالف الشعبي التقدمي الرمز مسعود ولد بلخير سيحضر حفل إعلان إعادة تأسيس ميثاق لحراطين للحقوق السياسية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية وذلك  مساء اليوم الموافق 28 أكتوبر 2016م  بدار الشباب القديمة.

و يعتبر مسعود ولد بلخير أب نضال الحراطين و أحد مؤسسي حركة الحر المجيدة
