الشيخ عالي الرضا الصعيدي المجاهد في سبيل الله بنصرته لرسوله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، استقبلني ذات يوم في بيتة الزاهد ما ديا والرفيع الشأن دينا وعبادة وطاعة لله.
كنت في ذلك اليوم أميرا، خدمني الشيخ بيده، أولم لي أفخم وليمة ولم أتناول منها إلا ما اقتطعه لي بيده الطيبة.
كان الرجل في أشد الزهد والتواضع، كان عالما في شرع الله قارءا مجودا لكتاب الله كان زاهدا متواضعا فلم أرى مثله تواضعا ولا زهدًا ولا اكثر منه سخاءا.
احبني في الله وأحبته فيه وفي نصرته لحبيبي وشفيعي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم. ذلك من فضل الله علي والحمد لله رب العالمين.
