بمناسبة إقتراب يوم 11 سبتمبر الشهير "عالمياً" ، والذى يُعد "عربياً" ذكرى لميلاد جزء كبير ومهم من وعى غالبية "الشعوب العربية" ، والذى دشن لبدء مرحلة جديدة ومغايرة عما قبل لإعادة النظر فى حكامهم وقدراتهم وهيبتهم ، قامت "جريدة شيرى بريس" بتدشين "إستبيان - إستطلاع رأى" شعبى لإختيار أفضل وأسوأ حاكم عربى حالياً من وجهة نظر "الشعوب العربية" ..
وصرحت الكاتبة الصحفية "شيرين فريد" رئيسة تحرير "جريدة شيرى بريس" بأن هذا "الإستبيان" يهدف فى المقام الأول إلى معرفة تقييم الشارع العربى للحكام العرب بصورة أدق فى ظل الظروف "الهلامية" التى تعيشها المنطقة منذ أحداث 11 من أيلول/سبتمبر 2001 ومروراً بالأحداث المصيرية المتتالية التى شهدتها المنطقة وحتى اليوم ، والتى غيرت من نظرة وتقييم كثير من "الشعوب العربية" لقدرات حكامها ومصداقيتهم ..
وأضافت بأن هذا الإستطلاع سيفاجئ جزء كبير من "الشعوب العربية" بأسماء "حكام لدول عربية" لم يسمعوا عنهم من قبل ، وهذا فى حد ذاته يعتبر "كارثة توعوية قومية" يتحمل مسؤوليتها "الإعلام العربى" والذى إنشغل بجل وقته فى قضايا "سطحية" ما أنزل الله بها من سلطان ، كما أن "عدد الحكام العرب" لا يتعدى "عدد فريقين لكرة القدم" يشاركان فى مباراة ، وبالتالى فالتعريف التكرارى بهم إعلامياً للشعوب العربيةً لم يكن سيكلف أجهزة الإعلام العربية وقتاً أو مجهوداً !! ..
