قال مصدر مطلع لموقع "الشرق اليوم" إن حزب التجمع الوطني للاصلاح و التنمية (تواصل) دفع بأغلب أطر الحزب،بقيادة رئيس الحزب محمد جميل ولد منصور،إلى تنظيم ملتقى بأطر ومنتخبي الحزب في المنطقة الشرقية،تمهيدا للتعبئة لدخول الحزب في الحوار السياسي المرتقب،حيث أعلنت قيادات من داخل الحزب،و خاصة الذراع المالي بزعامة نائب الطينطان،رغبتها في المشاركة فيه.
و قال مراسل الشرق اليوم في لعيون نقلا عن مصادر قيادية في تواصل،إن رئيس الحزب محمد جميل ول منصور،أبلغ المنتخبين رغبة الحزب في المشاركة في الحوار مع النظام حفاظا على وحدة الحزب و رجالاته. و تأتي زيارة قادة تواصل للمنطقة الشرقية و أطرها،بوصف المنطقة تشكل خزانا انتخابيا هائلا،اعتمدت عليه جميع الانظمة التي حكمت هذا البلد بما فيها النظام الحالي. ويعتبر موقف تواصل الجديد من الحوار،بمثابة مرحلة جديدة من طعن المعارضة في الخلف،كما فعل الحزب أيام مشاركته في الانتخابات التشريعية،وحصوله بموجبها على زعامة المعارضة.
