بعد ثمانية أعوام على انقلاب الجنرال و بعد حرب ضروس على الفساد و بعد سيل من الوعود بتقسيم العدالة و بناء الوطن فقد أصبح الوطن مزرعة خاصة بالجنرال و أهله الأقربين
فصادر ممتلكات المواطنين و صادر حرياتهم و غيب العدالة و أشاع الظلم و نهب بنهم شديد فامتلك المدارس و أخذ لنفسه مدرسة الشرطة و مقر الموسيقى العسكرية و شيد الأسواق لنفسه و بنى الفنادق في ممتلكات الشعب و ملاعبه و مدارسه و أراضي نواكشوط المملوك منها للخواص و المملوك للدولة
و يتحدث الناس الآن عن بيع قيادات الأركان كما باع الأرض و السماء و ما في باطن الأرض و ما تحوي البحار و خصص لنفسه و لمقربيه و كل الصفقات و مع ذلك فنحن جميعا نيام.
