أجرى وزير الصحة الموريتاني البروفسير كان بوبكر صباح اليوم الأربعاء عملتين جراحيتين في مستشفى كيفة الجديد وسط البلاد، وذلك إيذانا بانطلاقة هذا المستشفى الرسمية بعد يومين.
وكانت أولى عملتين يتم إجراؤهما في المستشفى في مجال الأورام الباطنية.
وتقول مصالح وزارة الصحة الموريتانية إن المركز الجديد يتوفر على مختلف التخصصات الطبية، كما تؤكد أنها تنتظر أن يشكل إضافة نوعية في مجال توفير الخدمات الصحية وفي تقريب هذه الخدمات من المواطنين خاصة في وسط وشرق البلاد.
وتسلم وزير الصحة المستشفى الجديد والتي تم إنجازه من طرف الصين من السفير الصيني في موريتانيا يوم 22 يونيو الماضي، وكلف المستشفى 6 مليارات أوقية.
