أدى الرئيس الموريتانى محمد ولد عبد العزيز مساء اليوم الجمعة 22 يوليو 2016 جولة فى محيط قصر المؤتمرات بالعاصمة نواكشوط والملعب الأولمبى قبل ساعات من انعقاد القمة العربية بحضور عدد من الأمراء والرؤساء ووفود الدول الأعضاء.
وقد اصطحب الرئيس - وفق مصادر زهرة شنقيط- بعض أفراد فى جولته المسائية، وتولى قيادة السيارة بنفسه، بينما كانت وحدة من حرسه الخاص تراقب المشهد من بعيد.
وقال مصدر خاص لموقع زهرة شنقيط إن طفلته "النجاح" كانت فى مقدمة السيارة التى يقودها الرئيس فى محيط قصر المؤتمرات والتلفزة والملعب الأولمبى وشارع "الشيخ زايد" الرابط بين مطار "أم التونسى" والسفارة الأمريكية.
وقد التف حوله بعض السكان فى المنطقة، قبل أن يغادرها دون اجراء أي حديث أو النزول من السيارة.
(*) بعض المارة حاولوا استغلال الزيارة من أجل تأكيد الولاء وطرح بعض القضايا الخاصة، لكن الرئيس رفض الحديث معهم أو النزول للشارع، مكتفيا بجولة عادية بين أغلب النقاط المخصصة لضيافة الوفود العربية.
