من المقرر أن تحيل الإدارة العامة للأمن مجمل معتقلى حركة "إيرا" فى وقت مبكر من صباح الأثنين 11 يوليو 2016 إلى النيابة العامة بنواكشوط الغربية، وسط تدابير أمنية مشددة.

وتقول مصادر زهرة شنقيط إن التحقيقات الأولية مع المعتقلين تم انجازها، وإن لجنة خاصة أحيل إليها الملف من أجل تحضيره بشكل جيد، وقد تمت الاستعانة بالعديد من الصور ومقاطع الفيديو  والرسائل المتبادلة بين المعتقلين.

وتقول مصادر زهرة شنقيط إن المعتقلين ستوجه لهم عدة تهم أبرزها مقاومة السلطة واستعمال القوة والعصيان فى الشارع والاعتداء على القوة العمومية ومنعها من إنفاذ القانون والجرح العمد، والانتماء إلى تنظيم غير مرخص بنية الإضرار بالغير.
