قال الناشط الحقوقي والقيادي في حراك "لحراطين غاضبون" شيخن ولد محمود في حديث لـ موقع الشرق اليوم أن كلام الرئيس الموريتاني عن موضوع العبودية في خطاب النعمة لم يكن مفاجئا وأضاف أن الحراطين صبروا لإهانات المتكررة من الرئيس الموريتاني في جميع خرجاته الاعلامية لذا بات لزاما عليهم رص الصفوف للمواجهة هذا المخطط الذي يستهدف أكبر مكونة اجتماعية وفق تعبير ولد محمود.
وأشار ولد محمود إلى أن مسيرات الشباب ستتواصل حتى يعتذر الرئيس عن كلامه النابي أو تكون بداية لإسقاط حكمه.
