حصل الباحث سعدبوه ولد أب ولد عمار أمس الخميس على شهادة الماسر من جامعة نواكشوط بميزة مشرف جدا.
وقد تم نقاش رسالته التي تحمل عنوان: القروض الداخلية في موريتانيا ودورها في تمويل الميزانية العامة 2007 ـ 2013 بحضور جمع من الباحثين والطلاب في جامعة نواكشوط.
الرسالة كانت من إشراف الدكتور محمد محمود ولد محمد وقد تمت إجازتها بدرجة مشرف جدا من طرف لجنة تتكون من:
