حصلت الشرق اليوم على معلومات جديرة بالثقة تشير إلى أن جماعة من الزنوج نجحت في أختراق ميثاق الحقوق السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية لحرطين
و حسب المعلومات فان الجماعة اقنعت بوبكر ولد مسعود بضرورة الخطاب باللغة الفرنسية واعتبار اللغة العربية التي ينص عليها الدستور الموريتاني كللغة للشعب والدين مترجمة.
وفي سياق متصل ولد هذا التصرف تذمرات واسعة لدى الكثير من شباب وأطر مثقفي لحراطين وبعض المدونين الكبار الداعمين للميثاق.
