عين مجلس الوزراء الموريتايي الملتئم صباح اليوم بالقصر الرئاسي الحقوقي الدكتور محمد ولد إبراهيم أمينا عاما للجنة مكافحة التعذيب التي أنشئتها الحكومة الموريتانية مؤخرا.
