بمبادرة من الناشط السياسي في الأغلبية الداعمة للرئيس محمد ولد عبد العزيز الإطار بالمكتب الوطني للتفتيش الصحي لمنتجات الصيد محمد ولد عبد القادر لبت مجموعة من شباب مدينة شنقيط وأطرها دعوة أقامها بمنزله تعبئة لمشاركتهم إستقبال رئيس الجمهورية في مدينة النعمة ــــ في رحلة من شنقيط إلى النعمة ــــ تمثل إعتراف الشباب بما تم تحقيقه وتعزيزا لعلاقات شنقيط بالشرق الموريتاني وتثمينا لما تم إنجازه على عموم التراب الوطني على أن تأخذ القافلة مسار شنقيط ـــ العين الصفرة ـــتلسكي ــــ الرشيد ـــتجكجة ــ طريق الأمل في رحلة تحسيسية بالقضايا الكبرى للوطن ومنجزات النظام والمشاركة ذات البعد التاريخي لشنقيط في صنع القرارات الوطنية وتثمينا لدور والي الولاية إبن مدينة شنقيط محمد ولد بلعمش في تقريب الإدارة من المواطن ومعاملة الساكنة بندية بعيدا عن المسلكيات البائدة تجسيدا لروح الإنفتاح وإرادة الإصلاح في مسيرة التغيير البنْاء وإعادة التأسيس.
