تعلن اللجنة الدائمة للميثاق من اجل الحقوق السياسية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية للحراطين ضمن موريتانيا الموحدة ،العادلة و المتصالحة مع نفسها، عن دعوتها لانعقاد المجلس الوطني للميثاق بتاريخ الخميس 21 ابريل 2016 اعتبارا من الساعة الخامسة مساء بدار الشباب القديمة.
و سيناقش المجلس خلال هذه الدورة كافة الاجراءات التنظيمية و التعبوية و التحسيسية الكفيلة بإنجاح الذكرى الثالثة لإعلان الميثاق في نواكشوط و في المدن الداخلية التي ستشارك في التخليد هذه السنة.
