في إطار التعاون الأمني الفرنسي الموريتاني استقبل اللواء مسقار ولد سيدي قائد أركان الحرس الوطني في مكتبه كلا من المقدم مورل المستشار الفني في قيادة أركان الدرك الوطني الفرنسي والمستشار الأمني المكلف بالأمن الداخلي للسفارة الفرنسية.
وقد جرى اللقاء بحضور رئيس المكتب الثالث بقيادة أركان الحرس الوطني.
