قالت مصدر قضائي لوكالة الأخبار إن محكمة الإستئناف في العاصمة الاقتصادية نواذيبو قررت محاكمة كاتب المقال المسيء في 21 ابريل 2016. واعتبر المصدر أن المحكمة برمجت جلسات في 18 ابريل المقبل ومن ضمنها ا كاتب المقال المسيء. وأصدرت المحكمة الجنائية حكما ابتدائيا بالإعدام على كاتب المقال غير أنه استنأنفه
