في يوم الأربعاء الموافق 09 مارس 2016 ، نظمت مجموعة انواكشوط الحضرية في مقرها حفلا تكريميا لفائدة الفائزات بجائزة الحضرية للمرأة المتميزة ، تحت رئاسة السيدة أماتي بنت حمادي ، وذلك في إطار الاحتفالات المخلدة للعيد الدولي للمرأة ( 8 مارس ) وقد استفاد من هذا التكريم 18 إمرأة من مختلف القطاعات تشجيعا لهن على مواصلة العطاء والتميز في المجال الذى يهم كل واحدة منهن.
وقد حضر الحفل عدد من أعضاء الحكومة والمسؤولون السامون والولاة والعمد
وقد أكدت الرئيسة في خطابها أن المرأة تشكل رقما صعبا في معادلة النهوض التنموي الشامل في كل مجالاته ولكنها تحتاج للإرادة السياسية وهو ما تحقق من خلال اهتمام فخامة رئيس الجمهورية السيد محمد ولد عبد العزيز بالمرأة ودفعها إلى لعب دورها الريادي في العطاء الوطني، وإننا في الحضرية قررنا أن تكون النظافة والثقافة وتكريم المبدعات والمتميزات من أولوياتنا.
وتجدر الإشارة هنا أن جائزة الحضرية للمرأة المتميزة ستقدم كل سنة في 8 من مارس وستتنوع الميادين المستهدفة من سنة إلى أخرى لدفع النساء إلى التنافس من أجل الإبداع والتميز.
