تعيش مقاطعة دار النعيم في ولاية انواكشوط الشمالية هذه الحظات ظلاما دامسا السبب عائد إلى الانقطاع المستمر للكهرباء، مما ولد تذمرا لدى سكان المقاطعة.
وفي سياق متصل شكا العديد من أصحاب المحلات التجارية في دار النعيم من إتلاف المواد المثلجة حيث خلف هذا الإنقطاع اضرارا مادية هائلة
