اعتقلت مفوضية القصر قبل قليل شاب موريتاني متهم باغتصاب أخته بعد شكوى تقدمت به أهالي الضحية يوم أمس إلى المفوضية المذكورة بمقاطعة الكصر،وأضافت مصادر مطلعة تحدثت للشرق اليوم أن الطفلة المغتصبة تبلغ من العمر ثلاثة عشرة سنه تقطن مع زوج والدتها في حي "البصرة"
وتشير الفحوصات الأولية إلى أن الطفلة غير حامل بيد أنها فقدت عزوبتها
