تعاني المصالح الحيوية في العيون عاصمة ولاية الحوض الغربي من شلل شبه تام في العمل، بعد غياب والي الولاية السيد:مولاي إبراهيم وقال مراسل"الشرق اليوم" نقلا عن مصادر سكانية أن الوالي المساعد عاجز تماما عن حل مشاكل السكان، بحجة غياب الوالي كما أن روؤساء المصالح الحيوية هجروا مكاتبهم مستغلين ضعف نفوذ الولي المساعد الذي يقضي جل أوقاته في تناول الشاي مع سكرتيريا بعيدا عن هموم المواطنين وفق المصدر
