حكم قاضي محكمة انواكشوط الغربية على محمد سالم ولد أحمد فال الملقب(الداه) بالسجن 10 سنوات مع غرامة مالية قدرها 3ملاين أوقية تدفع لخزينة العام للدولة وذلك بعد أن اعترف باغتصابه لفتاة قاصرة كانت تربطه بها علاقة حب.
يذكر أن محمد سالم ولد أحمد فال شاب وعسكري فقير تابع للأمن الرئاسي الموريتاني(بازب) وأضافت المصادر أنه تم تجريده من العمل بدون حقوق
وفي سياق متصل طالب محامي الدفاع عن ولد أحمد فال باستئناف الحكم بعد مرور خمسة أشهر على سجن الشاب المذكور.
