ذكر مندوب"الشرق اليوم" نقلا عن مصادر محلية بمقاطعة كوبني بولاية الحوض الغربي أن مشاورات مكثفة بدأت منذ فترة بين أطراف محلية ناشطة في المجال الثقافي حول احتمالية أن تحتضن(كوبني)مهرجان ثقافي يهدف إلى أحياء ثقافة"آدوابه" وإبراز الخصوصية الثقافية لآدوابه
