ذكرت مصادر مرافقة للرئيس محمد ولد عبد العزيز لتقدمي نت في زيارته الحالية لولاية لعصابة بأن الرئيس تعرض لموقف طريف خلال زيارته لقرية الطائف حيث كان يحي السكان الذين كانو في إستقباله ومن ضمنهم عددا من الفتيات الذين تقدمت منهم فتاة شابة وجميلة جدا للحديث مع الرئيس الذي استمع لها بإنتباه شديد ظنا منه بأن لديها شكاوي عامة ولكنها فاجأته قائلا السيد الرئيس أنا لدي طلب واحد وهو الزواج منكم والشريعة تعطي أربعة وانتم ليس عندكم سوي زوجة واحدة ولد عبد العزيز ضحك من كلام الفتاة قائلا لها يعطيك الله زوج أفضل وأحسن مني ولكن الفتاة ردت ماهو خالك ياوجاعة.وسط تشجيعات وضحكات من النساء المحيطات بها.
