تنتشر في النعمة عاصمة ولاية الحوض الشرقي أوكار ممارسة الرذيلة. وقد أكدت مصادر محلية في حديث مع الشرق اليوم ان ممارسي هذه الافعال المشينة تتم تغطية عليهم من قبل بعض الأمنيين في الولاية الذين شكلوا خلايا لهذا الغرض.
