تمكنت أسرة في حي العدالة بسيليبابي الليلة البارحة من القبض في منزلها على أحد أفراد عصابة تمارس السطو على المنازل ليلا واغتصاب البنات. حيث قامت بتسليمه للشرطة التي تمكنت بعد التحقيق مع المتهم من معرفة باقي أفراد العصابة والقبض عليهم حيث لا يزالون رهن الإعتقال في مفوضية الشرطة بسيليبابي . ويشكو سكان حي العدالة إلى محكمة المقاطعة من الإعتداءات المتكررة والدائمة من طرف هذه العصابات التي لم تعد تستهدف ممتلكات المواطنين فقط في هذا الحي بل باتت تستهدف أيضا بناتهم حسب السكان, حيث ذكرت إحدى الأسر في حديث مع "الشرق اليوم"بانها لم تعد تستطيع النوم خوفا على ابنتها الوحيدة بعدما تم السطو عليها أكثر من مرتين في نفس الشهر , ويتهم السكان بعض الأجانب الماليين القاطنين في نفس الحي . يذكر أن مدينة سيليبابي تحتضن الكثير من الأجانب من دولتي مالي والسنغال بحكم موقعها الحدودي.
