أثنى الأمين العام لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة بان كي مون على الخبير الموريتاني والموظف السابق في المنظمة الأممية أحمد ولد عبد الله، واصفا إياه بأنه ترك سجلا مشرفا في خدمة ثلاثة أمناء عامين للمنظمة.

 بدأ الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بان كيمون صباح اليوم الجمعة 04 – 03 – 2016 تطبيق برنامج عمله في انواكشوط، وذلك بلقاء جمعه مع الرئيس الموريتاني محمد ولد عبد العزيز، فيما ينتظر أن يعقد بعدها لقاء مع الوزير الأول يحي ولد حدمين.

وصل الامين العام للامم المتحدة بان كيمون مساء اليوم الخميس الى نواكشوط، في مستهل زيارة عمل للعاصمة تدوم يومين.

وسيجري الامين العام خلال هذه الزيارة مباحثات مع رئيس الجمهورية وعدد من كبار المسؤولين.

استغرب العديد من معارف الساموري ولد بي، ورفاق دربه،  انتحاله لصفة صحفي بالاذاعة الوطنية التي خبرها الساموري  كحارس(بواب) حيث تم اكتتابه من قبل احد قادة حركة الحر  ومازال حسب الارشيف  يتقاضى راتبه كبواب بالاذاعة  ليقدم نفسه في مقاب

علمت نواكشوط من مصادر امنية ان صاحب سوابق يدعى :"بوبو" اعتدى ليل الاثنين - الثلاثاء في مقاطعة الميناء جنوب العاصمة على شاب يدعى احمد ولد مولاي فارداه قتيلا.

أول حركة منشقة عن "إيرا" تعترف بجهود الدولة لمحاربة العبودية،وتؤكد استمرارية النضال.

من المنتظر أن يحيل صباح اليوم الأربعاء الدرك الوطني على مستوى مدينة تكنت، شابين إلى وكيل الجمهورية في ولاية اترارزة، بعد توقيفهما الاثنين الماضي، وذلك بتهمة اغتصاب الطفلة أم لمنين  ( 12 ربيعا)، التي قدمت أسرتها شكوى لقيادة الدرك،
