قال الناشط الحقوقي رمظان ولد امبيريك ولد بلال في حديث خص به موقع"الشرق اليوم" ان القيادات التاريخية لحراطين قدمت الكثير في سبيل خدمة القضية بيد أنها أنتهت عمرها الافتراضي السياسي
لذا بات لزاما علي هذه الزعمات التقليدية التنحى عن صدارت المشهد وافساح المجال للشباب الذين يحظون بثقة واحترام الجميع.
وأضاف رمظان ولد امبريك انه يقترح بحكم تجربته ومعرفته الواسعة بلحراطين ثلاثة شخصيات شبابية لقيادة المرحلة الراهنة والتي تتطلب رجال صادقون ولهم تاريخ نظيف هم

وتأتي دعوة رمظان في ظل أزمة قيادة تعيشها التنظيمات السياسية والحقوقية لحراطين.كما أن هذه الدعوة هي أول تصريح اعلامي يصدر من شخصية حرطانية مستقلة عن تنظيمات الحرطانية
